Since 1991, he has led investment funds deploying approximately $120 million into land, distressed properties, tax lien certificates, and development projects. His background includes identifying opportunities in emerging neighborhoods and developing 22 buildings, ranging from single-family homes to multifamily rental properties. Dave combines deep expertise in acquisitions, tax sale strategies, development, and real estate law with a disciplined approach to identifying compelling real estate investment opportunities and creating long-term value.

Ross Holdren is a real estate development and technology expert with more than 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge of development and property operations. He has developed proprietary technology platforms that support development cost forecasting, budget oversight, and automated property management. His expertise combines technology development with practical real estate knowledge to improve planning, monitor expenses, and streamline property operations. His AI-driven approach focuses on controlling project costs, improving operational efficiency, and reducing vacancy, with the goal of strengthening property performance and maximizing investor returns.

Emma Park is a real estate development and investment professional and licensed Illinois real estate broker with 13 years of experience in development project management. Her background spans construction, development, management, and sales across shopping malls, office properties, and residential communities. She also brings 10 years of multifamily investment and management experience, with expertise in acquisitions, tenant relations, and property value enhancement. She oversees investor relations and reporting, emphasizing transparent communication throughout the investment lifecycle.
